Leadership Development has been a focal point for The Center for Student Engagement in recent years. Current programs such as Scranton Emerging Leaders, the IGNITE Leadership Conference and the IMPACT Retreat for first-year students are helping Scranton students become a more confident version of themselves.

$50 Allows 5 students to begin their leadership journey by completing their Strengths Based online talent assessment
$100 Sends a student to Catalyst, a one-day program designed for anyone who is interested in starting something extraordinary
$150 Sends a student to IMPACT, a first year leadership retreat off campus with a focus on teamwork
$200 Sponsors five students for the Ignite Student Leadership Conference
$250 Sponsors a Scranton Emerging Leaders class for 20 students
$500 Sends a student to represent the University at the National Jesuit Student Leadership Conference
$1000 Unlocks our Leadership Capstone Experience for 30 upperclass student leaders
$1500 Funds a paid student leadership internship in the Center for Student Engagement
