The Unity Campaign for Frederick County
I do this work because I can't look away...and I'm fortunate to live in a community that doesn't look away.
Frederick is a pretty special place for a lot of reasons, not least of which is the wealth of nonprofits that make their home here. As the executive director of Federated Charities, I'm proud to make sure they continue to have a "home" to do their important work. Not everyone in life has a place to lay their head, food on the table and people who care about what happens to them but the organizations who make up the nonprofit sector here lean in and bend over backwards to make sure the safety net stays in place no matter what.
I'm proud to be a giver and I'm proud to represent the work of Federated Charities.
