One East: Are you in?
Hi! We at Tankee Doodle are raising money to help the East Grand Rapids Public Schools through One East, a community-wide effort to help our schools through these incredibly challenging times. Since the schools are re-opening, and there are prescribed precautionary steps that need to be taken. EGRPS has recommended, "Each child is required to wear a face mask. The district recommends that your child have five masks, one for each day of the week. Cloth masks must be washed." Tankee Doodle started producing face coverings with unique, original designs from a local, young artist associated with EGR PS. As a socially-conscious business, we have made the decision to donate 3% of all purchases by East GR parents, families and residents back to EGR PS to help cover some of the Art Program shortfall due to Covid-19.

These Doodledanas will allow students to be comfortable while wearing their masks for extended periods of time both in the classroom, at school, at the store or in public places. Buying from Tankee Doodle will help in preventing the spreadwhile also aiding in mitigating the funding crisis due to COVID-19.
Our schools are facing a funding shortfall of more than $2 million. Every dollar raised through One East will help preserve vital school programs that might otherwise be cut. Help me save our schools!
