Join Axel's Buddies for Mighty Steps and celebrate the lives of those with Down syndrome through music, games, food, and entertainment.

What impact do donations have?
- Fund UDSF’s 42 statewide outreach activities.
- Provide quarterly education workshops to over 140 new or expectant parents.
- Alleviate the financial burden to families through UDSF’s hospital meal reimbursement program.

Increase inclusion in schools by providing peer education kits about DS to educators.
