2019 International Service Trips
Hi everyone! My name is Christina and I am a senior Counseling and Human Services Major with a Criminal Justice Minor at the University of Scranton. Each year, Campus Ministries' International Service Program (ISP) provides opportunities for students, faculty, and staff of the University of Scranton to be immersed in cultures and experiences in developing countries of our world. These 7 to 10 day trips in May and June take place in Central and South American countries. This summer, I will be traveling to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic through the Caribbean Social Immersion Program of the Social Ministries Office of the Jesuits.This trip will focus on the lives of the migrant workers in the sugar mill communities, educational lectures, and social agency visits. Your support will help offset transportation, housing, and meal costs-- making this life changing experience more accessible to me. Thank you so much for your donations!
