2019 International Service Trips
I am so excited to announce that I will be traveling to Quito, Ecuador in May 2019 to take part in my first ever service trip through my university’s Campus Ministries' International Service Program (ISP)! The ISP program provides opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to be immersed in cultures and experiences in developing countries of our world. For my trip to Ecuador the university has partnered with The Working Boys' Center – a Catholic institution socially committed with working families in order to help them become agents of their own and their community's prosperity. Its processes involve promoting, developing and strengthening attitudes and behaviors associated with the ten important aspects of life: loyalty, personal formation, family, religion, health, education, economy, work, housing, and recreation. All donations will help offset transportation, housing, and meal costs for my trip. Any kind of support would be immensely appreciated!
