Care Net Frederick's medical, educational, and support services are provided to help clients make positive choices for their lives and for the lives of their families. It is our desire to inspire and empower clients to evaluate their current decisions, determine if their decisions are positively impacting their lives, and to provide help on how to make positive decisions that will affect their lives and families on a practical, emotional, spiritual and social level. As our clients receive support and education on making healthier decisions, they have a better opportunity for lasting change in their lives. This lasting change enhances their lives, the lives of their families, and their community.
Care Net Frederick's services include: pregnancy tests, confirmation ultrasounds, STI Testing, Options Education, Earn While You Learn Incentive Classes, Just for Guys Support, and Post Abortion Care.
